A FUNky mix of yoga and family. The class creatively introduces postures, breathing and yoga to families. We float, grow and balance through a dynamic fun centered class that builds connections, confidence, strength and serenity. We will practice exercises that build mental, physical and communication skills. Ending the class with a final relaxation and valuable rest moment for all.
Please register for all participating individuals.
For example, if Dad is coming with two kiddos and is doing yoga, purchase 3 tickets.
