Service Description
**Members Only** A great option for larger parties or extended families who want to split the bill for a private day of play. Includes: - Whole play space rental for 3 hours. - Included play for up to 16 kiddos - Additional guests may be added for an additional charge per kiddo (up to 24 children with 50 people max). Adding additional guests will need to be approved prior to event. - Please note, we have 20 cafe seats available in our cafe seating area. We do have a couch and cozy chairs for additional non-food seating. Many guests stand and chat, or utilize stools in the party room. If you need additional guests over the 50 max, please contact us for options and pricing. - White vertical plank cake table backdrop (may upgrade to a themed backdrop package). - Filtered water carafe and cups - Mini water bottles for kiddo tables - Choice of 1 pot of brewed coffee or pitcher of iced tea (café will be open for additional beverage needs) - White plates and white napkins (50ct) - Plastic utensils (50ct) - May bring in your own food/drinks (nut-free) Plus: - Special gift for birthday kiddo - 10% off retail day for hosts and guests on day of party. You can decorate the room however you wish (as long as no damage is done to walls) or choose an awesome party package and we’ll do the decorating for you!
Cancellation Policy
Space Rentals: When booking a space rental, a non-refundable deposit of $75 ($100 for packages) will be required to reserve your date. The deposit will be added to your bill as a credit. Your remaining balance will be due at the beginning of the event. Members are allowed an extended early booking window of 365 days. Because of the longer booking window, rentals can be cancelled with a refunded deposit if 90 days before the day booked. Bookings can be rescheduled 45 days in advance or the day booked. Must be a Active Member the month of the rental to receive discount. To reschedule or cancel your reservation, please call us at 651-203-7993.
