Service Description

A great option for larger parties or extended families who want to split the bill for a private day of play during the week. Our café and retail area will be open for your guests. Includes: - Whole play space rental for 3 hours (you may arrive 15 minutes early for set up) with a party assistant to help with set up/clean up - Included play for up to 16 kiddos - Additional guests may be added for $10/child (up to 20 children with 50 people max). Adding additional guests will need to be approved in advance. - Please note, we have 20 cafe seats available in our cafe seating area. We do have a couch and cozy chairs for additional non-food seating. Many guests stand and chat, or utilize stools in the party room. If you need additional guests over the 50 max, please contact us for options and pricing. - White vertical plank cake table backdrop (may upgrade to a themed backdrop package). - Filtered water jug and cups - Mini water bottles for kiddo tables - Choice of brewed coffee or iced tea (café will be open for additional beverage needs) - White fabric tablecloths for kiddo tables. - White plates and white napkins - Plastic utensils - May bring in your own food/drinks (nut-free) Plus: - Special gift for birthday kiddo - Host(s) receive complimentary specialty cafe beverage (up to 2) - 10% off retail day for hosts and guests on day of party.

Cancellation Policy

Space Rentals: When booking a space rental, a non-refundable deposit of $75 ($100 for packages) will be required to reserve your date. The deposit will be added to your bill as a credit. Your remaining balance will be due at the beginning of the event. If you need to change your party date (things happen!), you are able to move your date without losing your deposit if cancelled at least 30 days of your party date.
