Returns + Exchanges
We understand sometimes items just don’t work out or sizing is off (kids grow so fast!). Please read our below return policy prior to placing your order.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our best to assist with returns or exchanges when possible.
Please contact us by email within 14 days of delivery to begin a return or exchange. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery and be in their original unworn, unwashed condition.
To begin a return, please email us at email@example.com with your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide a return authorization on applicable items within two business days along with shipping instructions. Returns may also be made in store.
Returns made within 14 days of order delivery receive a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made within 15-60 days of order delivery receive store credit which will never expire.
Please note, we do not cover return shipping and handling fees. If the returned item is not in original condition, we will be unable to process the return and the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value (of the item and any shipping related fees).
Please allow 7-10 days once we receive your item(s) for us to process your return and issue your refund using your original payment method.
