Service Description
Includes use of the event room for 3 hours and a party assistant to help with set up/clean up. You can decorate the room however you wish (as long as no damage is done to walls) or choose an awesome party package and we’ll do the decorating for you! Includes: - Party room rental for 3 hours (may arrive 15 minutes early for set up) with an employee assistant to help with set up/clean up. - Included play for 10 kiddos - Additional guests may be added for $8/child up to 12 children with a max room occupancy of 25 people. Adding additional guests will need to be approved prior to event. - 'Let's Party' or vertical white plank cake table backdrop (may upgrade to a themed backdrop package). - Mini-water bottles for kiddo tables - Filtered water jug and cups - Choice of brewed coffee or iced tea (café will be open for additional beverage needs) - White fabric tablecloths for kiddo tables. - White paper plates - White napkins - Plastic utensils - May bring in your own food/drinks (nut-free)
Cancellation Policy
Workshop and Class Bookings: Please let us know at least 5 days prior to your class or workshop if you need to cancel. We cannot guarantee refunds on cancellations within 5 days of the event. We will do our best to move you into another class/workshop, if possible. Please let us know if cancellation is due to illness. Space Rentals: When booking a space rental, a non-refundable deposit of $50 will be required to reserve your date. The deposit will be added to your bill as a credit. Your remaining balance will be due at the beginning of the event. If you need to change your party date (things happen!), you are able to move your date without losing your deposit if cancelled at least 30 days of your party date. To reschedule or cancel your reservation, please call us at 651-203-7993.
