local family + child experts @ The Little Village
We’ve gathered up local experts on all things baby and child to chat…with you! During these 45 minute sessions, we’ll get tips and tricks from experts - from sleep coaches to pediatric dentists- to deal with these crazy little people we call our children.
Each session is 45 minutes long, with 30 minutes devoted to hearing from our expert speaker and 15 minutes for questions. These are wonderful, local resources for area families, and we encourage you to learn more about them and reach out to say hello.
All sessions are included with Open Play admission.

Pelvic Floor + Core 101

Join Dr. Hannah Strom, pelvic floor physical therapist from Awake Pelvic Health & Wellness, to learn more about your pelvic floor, core, c-sections, and diastasis recti (abdominal separation)!
In this workshop, you will learn how your core and pelvic floor muscles work together and the common issues that can come up with these muscles, and how to improve your workouts. Here’s what we’ll cover:
