What happens when kids work together to help create a whimsical art installation bit by bit? Let’s find out.
During this special 3-week pop-up art experience, kiddos will help create and paint a room-sized dimensial collage. Each week, we’ll work on one level of the installation. Come for one session, or each week to help shape the final art piece.
Each 1.5 hour studio session includes painting and building on the main collage, splatter-fueled fun in the Pollock room, and a block art print station for a take-home keepsake.
Week 1: The Village
Week 2: The Land
Week 3: The Sky
Not only will kids experience hands-on art processes like painting, splattering, and stamping, they’ll also see how amazing it is to see something change and grow. Bit by bit. Into something much bigger and more beautiful than their efforts alone.
Dress for mess. Paint smocks will be available.
Studio Hours:
Week 1
Wednesday, June 4: 10:00a-11:30a
Thursday, June 5: 11:00a-12:30p
Saturday, June 7: 9:30a-11:00a, 1:00p-2:30p
Sunday, June 8: 10:30a-Noon
Week 2

Cost:
Single Session: $24 per participant, includes one adult assistant
Mess-Pass (3 sessions): $60 per participant
The Pop-Up experience will be held in the back rooms of The Little Village. Please note, the Pop-Up experience is separate from The Little Village and play is not included. If you’d like to make a day of it and include both play (during Open Play Hours) and pop-up, we are happy to offer a discounted bundle rate of $32.
