We’re officially one year old! It’s been a wild ride to say the least. Thank you to our guests, members, awesome staff, family, and friends—we couldn’t have done it/continue to do it without you and your support. You are truly awesome humans, and we appreciate you immensely.
We’ve been so busy planning birthday parties for other littles…we kind of forgot about our own birthday! But don’t worry, we’re used to planning parties on short notice. To celebrate our birthday ‘week’ (we’re celebrating March 14 - 24), we have a lineup of fun activities, special adds, and fun—all building to a special Sunday morning of Open Play on March 24.
All week long:
$12 admission for kiddos March 14-24 ($5 for kids 0-9m or free with sibling), and fun activities daily!
Thursday, March 14: 9am - 11:30am/2pm - 4:30pm: Jungle Playdough
We’ll have a playdough table set up in the Creative Lab where kiddos can build their own little jungles with green playdough, accessories, and jungle animals. A few take home kits will be available for just $12 to continue the fun back home.
Friday, March 15: 9am - 11:30am: St. Paddy's Day Sensory
We’ll be diving into St. Patrick’s Day sensory bins and coloring sheets.
Monday, March 18: 9am - 11:30am: Noodle Necklaces!
Kiddos will be able to string their own colorfully dyed noodle necklaces to take home.
Tuesday, March 19: 9am - 11:30am: It’s Tattoo Tuesday!
We’ll be tattooing and painting your kiddos with simple face painting techniques.
Wednesday, March 20: 9am-11:30am: Beaded bracelets. We’ll be creating colorful bracelets to take home.
Thursday March 21: 9am-11:30am/ 2pm - 4:30pm: Buddies Program Sneak Peek
Today we’ll be uncovering frozen dinosaur eggs using different methods and techniques.
Friday, March 22: 9am-11:30am: Village Watercolor Painting.
We’ll be painting the town…all the colors!
Saturday, March 23 & Sunday, March 24: Open Play Birthday Celebration
Free popcorn, tattoos, drink specials, new menu specials, sponge painting, and more!
Next week: mural art! Our weekly craft will be based off of one of our favorite books, and we’ll be creating a giant paper mural that everyone adds to - we’ll be sharing updates through the week to see how it progresses.
